Box Drive で問題が発生しました

I'm having a problem with Box Drive.
There was a problem. Box Drive should be closed.
Please send me the log. Troubleshoot and help us improve our products. If the issue persists, please contact Box Support for further troubleshooting.

A pop-up message like the one above appears and Box Drive cannot be used.
I would like to know how to improve.

    To resolve this issue, please try manually resetting Box Drive from your computer following the steps on this article:

上記を試しましたが、うまくいきませんでした。
このような状況で、iMacをアップデートする際はケーブルで外付けHDDからセットアップを行います。前のPCから設定は引き継がれたものの、BOXだけはうまく引き継がれていません。
iMacのバージョンは以下です。

macOS カタリナ
バージョン 10.15.7
iMac (21.5 インチ、2015 年後期)
プロセッサー 1.6GHz デュアルコア インテル Core i5
メモリ 8GB 1867MHz DDR3
起動ディスク Macintosh HD
グラフィックス Intel HD グラフィックス 6000 1536MB

macOS モントレー
バージョン 12.2.1
iMac(24インチ、M1、2021)

解決策はありますか？

    上記の内容を試しましたが、解決できませんでした。
    こちらの状況は、iMacを新しくする際、有線で外付けHDDからのセットアップを実施。設定を以前のPCから引き継いだものの、BOXのみうまく引き継ぎができていません。
    iMacのバージョンは以下です。

    旧
    macOS Catalina
    バージョン10.15.7
    iMac(21.5-inch,Late,2015)
    プロセッサ 1.6GHz デュアルコアintel Core i5
    メモリ 8 GB 1867 MHz DDR3
    起動ディスク Macintosh HD
    グラフィックス Intel HD Graphics 6000 1536 MB

    macOS Monterey
    バージョン12.2.1
    iMac(24-inch,M1,2021)
    チップ Apple M1
    メモリ 16 GB
