My company's Box was a Bussiness plan, but it became sunset. Therefore, I created a FREE Box account with a company account, but I accidentally deleted your account.
I tried to reactivate the account, but the request failed and you were told to contact the billing support team.
I sent an email to the billing support team, but it receives an email that is not submitted.
I also tried resetting my password, but I didn't receive an email with instructions.
Please advise how to solve this problem. The problem is not with the account that is posting. Please note that it is happening with a free Box account created by the company email.
