私ではない同部署のスタッフに関して二段階認証を解除していただけますか？

boxアクセス→アカウントログイン成功→二段階認証でコードがわからない為ログインができません。
二段階認証の解除をお願いできますでしょうか？

補足：
・対象者はログインができずフォーラムに投稿できない為、私が代理で投稿しています。
