I would like to ask you to reduce our number of licenses.

We currently have 6 licenses.
We would like to reduce the number of managed licenses from 6 to 5.

Previously I asked the same request, I sent e-mail to your representative and you complete the process for reducing 1 license.

Please let me know what I should do for it now.
