My laptop PC has the touch screen. Could you let me know if I can zoom-in/out a PDF file by touching the screen?
When I do that on the screen, I saw a yellow rectangle which means "Comment on Region"?

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!
When you preview a file in Box, you would have to use the "toolbar" that is displayed at the bottom, with controls for zooming in and out, rotating the image file, and entering full-screen mode.
Touching your screen to zoom in/out while on preview in Box is currently not supported. If this is something you would like to be able to do, I would highly recommend submitting this feature request at pulse.box.com! Our product managers review these requests and take them into consideration for future product development.
