Can anyone tell me how to load a Zoom file in a Box folder? I downloaded the recorded call, which was 3 files (MP4, MPA, VTT). I uploaded all three to my folder on Box, but no video and no text (they are set up to record text during the calls).

Welcome to the Box Community!
You can preview files in Box as long as they are support by Box Preview.
Upon checking, MP4 video files can be previewed in Box but I do not see "MPA and VTT" being on the list on supported file for preview.
