I was sent files that supposedly had a password. I can view the individual files and download them, but I cannot open them. It states that the destination file could not be created. HELP!

Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!
To preview your zip files, simply click a zip file to preview it. Box presents you with a list of all the folders and files contained within the zip file. From there you can view and navigate all the contents of a zip file.
If doing so creates an error, can you attach a screenshot and share it in this post?
