Your download is in progress but nothing happens

https://www.box.com/s/dcff1f934d97073754f7  tried in Chrome and in Edge. "Your download is in progress" but nothing happens.  Adblocker turned off.

Can you make sure that third party cookies is allowed for Box and try restarting your download again and see if that helps?

Let me know how it goes and if the issue persists.

Yes, third party cookies are allowed, all ad blockers are turned off. This file does the same thing: https://www.box.com/s/469e00014d380f883b02  

The preview for both also does not load: "We’re sorry, the preview didn’t load. Please refresh the page."
