Hello, suddenly today I am not able to access files in box folders. When I try to look at them in Box Sync in a finder window I get the attached message 


"Your Device couldn't connect to the server. There may be a problem with the server or Network" 


I have no internet issues other than Box so I don't think it's the network. When I try to access files I accesses yesterday at Box.com I get this error message


"We're sorry, the preview didn't load. This Document may be protected." 


The option to download is still there online but nothing happens when I click to download.


Does anyone have a solution to this problem? It worked just fine yesterday so I don't know what is going on.

I’m having the same problem today.


I was able to fix it by turning off my VPN. I don't know why my VPN suddenly would not work with my Box account. But that fixed it for me.


Same Problem


 


What's the fix here? Just switch to Box Drive from sync.. regretting it already..
