I'm gettting this error when I attempt to install box on my new M1 apple computer. I've submitted my logs via box.

I get this error even though I use the link which has a version of box formatted for M1 computers, and I'm not sure why. I've pasted the link I used below. If someone could get back to me on this issue ASAP, I would greatly appreciate it.

We see this issue as well on a bunch of computers we deployed at a client.  We click "send logs" and then it stops.

Now we're seeing syncing issues with content produced on local computers just sitting, waiting to upload and never finishing.

I've got tickets into Box with no updates.  Fun times.

Yes, support for Box in my experience has been notoriously awful.

Their response to my ticket of syncing issues is to manually purge the cache on 30 workstations that have been on Box a week.  F that.
