I'm currently experiencing an issue where I'm unable to access specific folders under my Box account. I had a previous Box account under [personal information–redacted] helping a former client. My email is now wpersonal information–redacted]. I think that is irrelevant.
When I try to log-in from the invite link (from Chrome and Edge), I receive the screen shot below. When I'm previously logged in to my @rrdintl account, I will be taken to my home screen and see the previously shared folders from the client. However, the folders that were to be shared with me are nowhere to be found.
