Despite deleting all files and folders, Box is showing I am using 1.1 GB of storage.
I saw in forum that box support has to run a script to fix that.
Could you please help me in deleting it?
I have uploaded more files after that. Now it's showing 8.6 GB, but there is that extra 1.1 GB included. Could you please help me in removing that extra 1.1 GB? Thus it will be 7.5 GB finally.

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
