Wrong used storage shown

Question

I acturally use around 40.6GB out of 50GB, but the account details shows 49.7GB of 50.0GB. Could you help to fix it?

Hi Dmitry,Welcome to the Box Community!I'm sorry that you are seeing incorrect count in your used storage. I'm happy to help.I ran a script to fix the file size count in your used storage and should be seeing the right file size count.You can check this by going to your Box console> Account Settings>Account> Account Details> Storage ( used/total).You can also check this article from our Box Support page about "Storage".https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043695334-Storage-Usage-Or-File-Count-In-My-Account-Is-IncorrectBox Support is able to run a script for specific end-users’ accounts to fix the data inaccuracy issues around user storage size, folder size, and file counts.
