Hi, my account was almost full, so I deleted around 45gb of data. Folders are not there but total used space remains the same.
Can you run the script to recalculate the used space please?

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.

Could you fix the issue with the wrong usage indication? It persistently says my usage is 23.5GB out of 50GB while the drive is empty. Please run the script on my drive.
