Hi everyone!
I have a 10gb basic account, with a 6.3 gb folder. There is nothing in the trash. However, it tells me that the used space is 7.8 GB. What can I do to fix it?

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
