Wrong usage space, even after deleting all files.

After removing all files and now with only 2 files, my account shows 9.5GB out of 10GB used. Looks like, this issue is a known one for the past 3 years for the box team. Pls help. 
Will deleting and recreating the account help? Or is it not allowed?

Also, the 'support' by box is so confusing. Is there a mail id to which we can raise complaints?

We have corrected your account storage on your account. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.

Hi Rona,

Thanks for helping me 4 months ago. The problem has recurred again after 4 months. I have cleared files. But the storage is still showing 8gb. Pls HELP!

I tried to figure out how to raise the issue but reached a page with 3 suggested cases which got me confused.(Screenshot below) ...
