Wrong usage space

Hello,

 

the usage space is shown wrong again. The website says I use 57 GB of 50 GB, but it should be around 20 GB or even less.

Please run the script again.

We have corrected your account storage on your account. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.

My account suffers the same issue. It is literally empty but shows 16GB used! Is there a way that a user initiates the "script", or it can only be done by the CSR? Thanks
