Wrong storage amt

I purchased the individual plan which shows 100GB of storage.  I started uploading files last night and in no time, it showed it was full.  When I looked under my acct it shows 10GB of 10GB used.  Where is the 100GB that I purchased?

Welcome to the Box Community! 

I'm sorry for the confusion but the 100 GB is for the Personal Pro account.

You can check this by going to your Box console> Account Settings>Account> Account Details> Storage ( used/total).

Please make sure that you are using the correct email to access the account.

Also, please look for the billing receipt to confirm that you are on a paid account.
