I've the same problem like others. All my files are deleted and also the trash was deleted but 40% of my space are filled. Please run the script for rearranging the space.

The issue that you encounter with your storage is related to what is described in this article: Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect
I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box.
