wrong overall size

Hi,

 

My box account contain only one file of apron 330 kB but used storage in account and billing indicates that 9.9 GB are used.

Can you please run the script that recount files and used storage and verify that the result is correct in account and billing ?

    Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.

    In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.
