Hello


I have an account with 50 GB and although I've alredy deleted a lot of files, Box still prevents me for uploading data.


 


My account ID is 178580184


I've readed an article explaining why may this can happend (https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043695334-Storage-Usage-Or-File-Count-In-My-Account-Is-Incorrect) and I've also readed some posts saying that you can run some kind of script to solve this issue.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.


In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.
