Wrong File Count

Who do I contact? I can't find a way to contact support!!!

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.

In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.

The file counts are off again.. can you please update? 

Need script run to correct all the file counts in folders across entire account... how can this get taken care of?
