Very confusing, getting multiple answers for how to resolve this issue. 


I need to switch my email on the account – it says the default is my PERSONAL email address spersonal information–redacted] but I want my WORK email as the defaultfpersonal information–redacted]. I'm not sure how the person who requested files got my personal email but this is only used for work purposes only. Can you please delete my personal email from my profile and update with the correct work email? Or who do I contact to assist with this?

We do not have the ability to delete emails, I apologize. However, In the account settings, you should see the option to make the secondary as your primary email and remove the original email.
