Hi, i have delted all files and i can't get free all space.
It seems there are some issue and you can reset the storage count.

The issue that you encounter seems related to what is described in this article:
I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box. You should now be able to upload new files into your Box again.
