Wrong calculation of cloud space

Hi,

 
there is some problem with the calculation.
I have just one folder with 18,48 GB of files.
The apps says I have 48,82 GB of files and my space is almost full.
PS: No files in the trash
 
Can you please verify it and fix it?

    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    The issue that you encounter seems related to what is described in this article: 

    I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box. You should now be able to upload new files into your Box again.
