need your support, as one of my team members is unable o access to his box account due to the 2FA password is not working properly.

Hi Rona, thanks for your kind reply, however, how is the user going to post something if he cannot even login into his account?

just to post in this thread i need to log in, so the encouragement you've posted, is nonsense. 

is there an email address the concerned user can write to ?
