I am trying to collaborate on a word doc using Word Online. My co-worker is currently in the document, but I do not have the option to open, the document is locked, even though no one locked it. This is always the case when someone else is in any of my Box documents. When there is no one in the document, I can not open with Word Online. The only options are to open in Word. I have editing rights for all these folders.

If your option to open your file to Word Online is not available in your preview. You may contact your main Admin to make sure that Box for Office Online is enabled. If yes, please open a ticket and have our Product Support team to look into this and assist.
