When selecting the option to Open with Microsoft Word, the pop-up appears saying that it is launching the application, but it doesn't actually launch. This is only happening to files where I have edited the filename after upload, using the pencil icon. Files where I have not edited the filename will open successfully in MS Word. I have tried logging out and in again but still have the issue.
