Word Document error with Box Sync - You can't save to this location. Try another.

I'm trying to save a file that I've edited before and has 28 versions with Word using Box Sync.  I get the error - You can't save to this location.  Try another.

    The issue you encounter may be related to the Windows file path character limit: Windows 255 character limit.

    I'd recommend shortening the length of the path to under 255 ( 218 characters for Excel) by moving the file to a folder with a shorter path name or you can try moving the file a few sub-folders up to shorten the path -- this is the only workaround that we have for now to address this Windows-limitation.  

    Can you try moving the affected file a few folders up and then open/ save it again and see how it goes?
