Word button greyed out when trying to open document in Box

I'm trying to open a Word document stored in Box to edit it but the 'Word' button is greyed out so wont let me open. I can download ok.  I'm on Windows 10 and have Box tools v4.3.2.469 installed and I access Box using the latest versions of Chrome and Edge.  I have Viewer Uploader permissions on the folder.  This had worked previously for me but is not now.  Any suggestions as to what would be causing this issue? Thanks

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Can you check if Box Tools is running in the task manager?

    If its not running, can you try to manually launch Box Edit, you should be able to find the app following this path C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Box\Box Edit\Box Edit.exe 

    If that doesn't help, please try to uninstall and then reinstall Box Tools and see that help fix the issue for your.

    Should the issue persists, I would recommend submitting a ticket to Product Support team on this page so they can further investigate and continue troubleshoot with you.
