I keep getting this message when trying to install BOX. I uninstalled because it stopped working and now cannot reinstall. I also cannot upload any files on the web version. I am in Saudi Arabia on a mobile network.

Please try this troubleshooting steps below and let me know how this goes!
- Click Start and search for Internet Options
- Go to the Advanced tab
- Scroll down to the TLS options.
- Please disable TLS 1.0 and enable both TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2
