Won't allow any upload

My allowed storage of 10gb is completely empty and my Trash bin has emptied but I still cannot upload a file (500mb). How do I overcome this? Do I need to delete my account and re-register?

That file (Caravan - Ellesmere May 23) is only 505mb and my storage is empty.

Good day! 

According to your error, it appears that you're hitting your upload size limit. The maximum file size limit for uploads to Box varies depending on your account type:

  • Free personal: 250 MB
  • Starter: 2 GB
  • Business: 5 GB
  • Business Plus: 15 GB
  • Enterprise (and Digital Suites ): 50 GB
  • Enterprise Plus: 150 GB
