Won't accept files

I am trying to share files and just upload and every time i try on multiple browsers it will not accept the file, please help.

Your file uploads fail because xdg-desktop-portal keeps crashing. Restart it with:systemctl --user restart xdg-desktop-portalOr use a non-Flatpak browser (native Firefox/Chrome) to upload files.
