Windows file explorer crashes when moving files between BOX folders

We have users with the same issue. Tends to be sporadic and resolves on it own for awhile before happening again.

Please answer these questions, and follow our recommended troubleshooting steps: 

• What is the Operating System running in your machine? 
• Is your Box Drive application up to date? See this article and update your Box Drive application. 
• So far, what are the troubleshooting steps have you taken to resolve this issue? 
• If you haven’t already, please reset your Box Drive application manually. 
• Restart your machine and relaunch Box Drive.

i have deleted box and re downloaded

i have cleared cache on windows file explorer

the problem persists
