Hi, when I search for a file with the box client v2.40.333, it finds the file and I can open the directory in Window 11 file explorer (by right-click open containing folder).  However from that location, I cannot browse to a parent folder or anywhere else and the address bar is blank.  This used to work fine.  Can anyone help with this?  Also I would like to know how to submit this issue to Box.com people rather than a forum, is there another way to inform Box people about issues?

Was this ever resolved?  I have user's experiencing the same issue, but its only some of the users not all.
