Will not sync

The Windows app shows that syncing has occurred successfully. The blue check mark is on the file explorer Box icon. However, when you look inside the Box folder on the computer nothing has synced.  I have uninstalled and re-installed several times, and I have deleted the folder and allowed the new install to recreate the Box folder.  I am not sure why it shows that it is synced when it has not synced.

Welcome to the Box Community!

From what I can see on my end, the files was on Trash. Kindly check your Trash folder and recover the files that was deleted. Then log out/in of Box app.
