Can you follow the steps below to fix the issue with the missing icons and context menu for Box Drive in your Mac:
1. Click the Apple Icon (in upper-left hand corner of desktop) > System Preferences > Extensions > and Uncheck and Recheck the buttons under "Box".
2. Press command + option + escape to bring up the "Force Quit Applications" menu, then:
*Click on Finder
*Click Relaunch
