Is there a way to make it so once I download Box files from the cloud onto my Mac, via the integrated Box for Mac desktop app, they actually stay downloaded? For some reason they keep off-loading if I haven't accessed them for a time.

The easiest way to check on the progress of Box uploads is by looking for the blue cloud icon next to any files/folders being synced. Here are the icons you would see in the Box Drive folder and what they mean: https://cloud.box.com/s/a0en73mmhxr0kl8gc83c6ylf154jj26f
