Why do I have to be online to access offline files?
Why does Box download files that are already downloaded to my device? Why do I have to be online to access files that I have already saved for “offline“ use? When I go to my offline tab, if I’m not connected to the Internet, it tells me it has to be connected to the Internet to access the file

You can access your Box files offline through Box Drive's making content available offline. This is available to Box Drive version 2.0 and above and if you haven't tried this application yet please install it and get the latest version here.
