Last week I had no problems opening a Box file with Microsoft integrations. Now when trying to open a Word or Excel I have a grayed out box telling me "Box edit is not available"
So I try to open it via Google Sheets. I have shared the link of the sheet with the Gmail I log in with and it just bounces back to the original "Sign in to continue page"
Does this have something to do with the upcoming maintenance I see listed on the support.box.com header??
I have Editor permissions for all folders and files.
This is very inconvenient in my daily work.
Please advise!
