I need to inquire about my account but I am unable to send a support email to anyone to discuss my issue. Why can't I communicate with a human to address my specific issue at hand. It cannot be answered in a support forum for it is private in nature. Where can I access the actual support request form? I am a new user and am not enjoying the experience thus far.

I need to cancel my account, but there is no way to do that online and all attempts at email result in this unhelpful message: "Box does not provide direct technical support to users of our Individual plans." Is there any way to cancel an account or to reach a person at box??
