I think we have a very simple setup. We have two people sharing files. One is the owner the other a co-owner. I am running Box Drive 2.30.88 on a Mac mini and I can also log into Box using Safari to see the files are there are more files in web box than box drive. My co-owner is using a MacBook Pro also using Box Drive 2.30.88 and can see the reverse of me. ie my work is not now shared through Box Drive with her and vice versa. Both system claim to be synced but they are obviously not. Any clues
