Which package restrict to download folder which is share with others.

Yes, you can restrict others from downloading the files and folders you shared.

To do this, you can use "Shared links" to share your files and folders, and then under the 'link settings' you can find the option "Allow Download", and disable that to prevent others from downloading the item you shared. If using "Collaboration", to restrict others from downloading the items you invited them to, I recommend granting these people with Collaborator permission such as Previewer Uploader, Previewer, or Uploader.
