Is there a chat with an agent, email or phone number I can actually contact with Box?  Getting an error message file exceeds plan's upload limit but we have a 250 MB file limit so not sure what is going on?

The maximum file size limit for uploads to Box varies depending on your account type:


  • Free personal: 250 MB

  • Starter: 2 GB

  • Business: 5 GB

  • Business Plus: 15 GB

  • Enterprise (and Digital Suites ): 50 GB

  • Enterprise Plus: 150 GB

Did you upload a file that is larger than 250MB? You can also attach a screenshot of your error to get a closer look.
