I uploaded a number of documents to a loan officer at a bank I'm doing business with, but I don't see those files anymore or indication that they were uploaded. When the other party captures files and I no longer able to see them?

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
It shows that you do not have an owned folder nor shared folder to upload files into. I assume you've used a file request link to upload.
Note that uploading through a file request link doesn't give you an option to preview contents from where it was uploaded.
