Where can I reach out to a Box Customer Success Manager (CSM)?

I want to enable 'custom terms of service' for my business plus plan with Box. My understanding is that a CSM needs to activate this feature for me but I do not have a specific contact for a CSM. Can someone please share a contact or help?
