Download icon is greyed out in Box app & no other option to allow download. 

I get this error message: Certain settings may not be available for this item due to permissions.
 

Where can I change those permissions???

I use box to share files that need to worked locally. I have been a customer for almost 20 year, never had a issue until a couple of weeks ago. Please help!
