When I turn on 2-step, the url that is sent out to sign up is a dead link.

When I turn on 2-step, the url that is sent out to sign up is a dead link. https://ourdomain.app.lv7.box.net/login

(I've replaced our actual domain name with 'our domain' in the example.)

All browsers, multiple networks....

I'm on day 4 waiting for a response from Box on this. Is this normal support time from Box?

I put the ticket in on Monday, it's Friday.

Horrible support.

No community support, and actual Box support hasn't fixed it in 10 days, or replied in 6 days. The ticket was auto-closed.

Two full weeks. Not fixed.
