When I search with Metadata filters nothing comes up?

Hello,

I have a metafield template with 3 fields, however, when I search for items by the metadata that I know is assigned to certain files, my search brings up nothing and says:

What's going/how can I fix this?

    ​@box-help Experiencing this issue in a sandbox environment where the metadata template has 4 fields. When using filters, metadata, choose a template, add the exact metadata for one of the fields, then search produces NO results. However, if you search on the metadata from the main box search field, the file produces in the search results. Why is it that when using the filter/metadata filters the items aren’t produced/not found in the search results, but are found when using the basic search option? Seems like a possible indexing issue. Have there been any reported bugs with resolution around this issue? If so, where’s the reference to help the community troubleshoot?
