Hello,
When I log into the box. I log in and do not see anything but a blank screen. I am able to receive the two-factor authentication and I seem to login successfully and the screen is blank. If I try to access a box link from our records, I am able to access the link.and gain access to the box, but I cannot seem to login directly.
I have cleared my cache, history, and cookies and I tried 2 different browsers; Google, then Edge and have performed all recent windows and google chrome updates.
